I love to draw but unfortunately i dont draw very well and i need people to give me some tips on how to draw better wat are computer programs some scanners websites that help teach you anything

ps if anyone wants me to draw something and they think i can draw it.. tell me i might do it but it has to be your own fantasy character..it cant be a character already made up, so detail this character...oh and it will be done with just pencil
